Research Program Course Information
Dr. Babbar-Sebens' research is focused on the modeling and systems analysis of water-borne environmental contamination, and design of decision support systems for management of water quality and associated ecological and human health risks. Current research projects being investigated by the research group are:
  • Use of linear and nonlinear multivariate analysis methods for regional water quality assessment in White River basin
  • Integrated environmental modeling of watershed and reservoir systems for algal bloom prediction in Eagle Creek reservoir.
  • Risk assessment and management of algal blooms in Eagle Creek reservoir.
  • Wetlands restoration and creation in Eagle Creek watershed using GIS methods, hydrologic models, and optimization methods.
