Meeting
Schedule:
6:00 p.m. Happy Half Hour
& Dinner
7:00 p.m. Speaker and Discussion
The Indiana Geologists Association is a professional society dedicated to increasing geological awareness, continuing geological education, and providing a friendly forum for the exchange of geological ideas. The membership comprises students and professionals employed in government, industry, consulting practices and academia. Everyone with an interest in geology is welcome.
Indiana Geologists meets on the second Wednesday
of each month. Meetings consist of a dinner, a short business meeting, and a
presentation by an invited speaker on a timely geological topic. There is always
time for informal conversations and professional networking.
In addition to the monthly meetings, Indiana Geologists hosts an
annual seminar and field trips in the Spring and Fall of each year.
